1. Our Services

Acceptance of Terms: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI automation systems, workflows, integrations, and related services (“Services”) provided by Pilence (“Company”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

License: Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the automation systems, workflows, scripts, and tools we develop for your business, subject to the limitations specified in these Terms. This license allows internal business use only.

Updates: You are entitled to receive updates, optimizations, and improvements to your automation systems as long as your service plan or subscription remains active. After cancellation or expiration, access to updates or improvements may require a renewal or new agreement.

Service Overview: Our Services may include custom automations, workflow building, integrations, optimization, data routing, AI-powered communication tools, and consulting. Actual deliverables may vary by plan, project scope, or proposal.

Turnaround Times: All timelines are estimates unless stated otherwise in a written agreement. Timelines depend on client communication, access, testing, and system complexity.

2. Property Rights

Ownership: All automation systems, scripts, workflows, documents, processes, templates, code, training materials, and related content created or provided by the Company remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company unless stated otherwise in writing.

Client Materials: Any content, data, or assets provided by the client remain the client’s property. The Company does not claim ownership over client-supplied materials.

Usage Restrictions: You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, or modify any part of our systems or materials without explicit written consent. You may not claim ownership of Company-created automations.

Pricing: Prices for Services, plans, or subscriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. The Company may modify or discontinue Services without liability.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment platform. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the Company to charge your payment method for all Services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Prohibited Activities

Unauthorized Use: You may not use our automations or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • violating platform or software policies,

  • mishandling or misusing customer data,

  • engaging in fraud or deceptive practices,

  • attempting unauthorized access to systems or platforms.

Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to derive the underlying structure, logic, source code, or proprietary processes behind any automation or workflow created by the Company.

System Misuse: Abuse, modification, or tampering with delivered automations, including attempts to bypass limitations or licensing, is strictly prohibited.

4. Services Management

Support: Support is provided according to your plan or service agreement. Support inquiries must be submitted through our designated support channels. Support does not include rebuilding systems that were altered by the client.

Third-Party Services: Some automations rely on third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, messaging apps, API providers, AI models). The Company is not responsible for:

  • outages or downtime,

  • pricing changes,

  • platform policy changes,

  • rate limits or API restrictions,

  • issues caused by third-party software.
    Clients are responsible for paying any third-party software or API fees.

No Guarantee of Results: Due to the variable nature of AI performance, systems, industries, and external platforms, the Company does not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue increases, lead volume, accuracy, or automation performance.

Termination: The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at its discretion, without notice, for:

  • non-payment,

  • misuse of systems,

  • violations of these Terms,

  • fraudulent activity.

Changes to Terms: The Company may update or revise these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Services after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
